Your paintings will be shipped within 2 days of your order, and then it will take up to 1-3 weeks to reach your home at most. All paintings in Artgallerystanley have the same delivery time, which you can find in the painting description.
2. Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel the order if you do not receive the package within the time specified for each painting. Sometimes orders ship before we can process the cancellation.
3. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's something wrong with your order - if it's the wrong size or color, if it's defective or if it's not exactly what you wanted - just let us know and we'll give you a full refund. You will not be required to send the painting back to us.
4. Do you offer changes?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you don't receive the exact painting you expected, just let us know and we'll get you a new one.
